  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the specialty finance division in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of risk analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality work and continued growth and development.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and utilize data analytics to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are in place throughout the organization.
  5. Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and proactively identify potential risks.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and maintain our position as a leading provider of insurance and financial services.
  7. Communicate risk management strategies and outcomes to executive leadership and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  8. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  9. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures, and ensure their implementation and adherence across the division.
  10. Promote a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the division's performance and any potential risks or concerns.
  12. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
