
Training Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join Nationwide Mutual Insurance and help us develop our employees' skills and abilities. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of training programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others learn and grow, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least two years of experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role. Experience with learning management systems and instructional design is a plus. Above all, we are looking for someone who is eager to help create a positive learning environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs and initiatives to promote employee learning and development.
- Develop and implement learning strategies to ensure effective learning transfer.
- Assist in the development of course materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.
- Assess training needs and analyze training effectiveness.
- Coordinate the scheduling of workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor and maintain training records and data.
- Research and recommend new training methods, techniques, and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
