This is an ideal position for someone with a strong understanding of Conduct and Compliance, as well as the ability to take a proactive approach in ensuring that our policies are up-to-date and effective.The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge and understanding of Conduct and Compliance policies. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive oversight of NatWest Group's Conduct and Compliance Policies.
- Ensure Conduct and Compliance policies are up-to-date and effective.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation of all Conduct and Compliance policies.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and provide advice to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
- Identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitor the organization's performance against Conduct and Compliance policies.
- Prepare reports and analysis of Conduct and Compliance policies and regulations.
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions to educate staff on Conduct and Compliance policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's Conduct and Compliance practices.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on all Conduct and Compliance related matters.
