Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive oversight of NatWest Group's Conduct and Compliance Policies.
2. Ensure Conduct and Compliance policies are up-to-date and effective.
3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation of all Conduct and Compliance policies.
4. Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and provide advice to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
5. Identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to address them.
6. Monitor the organization's performance against Conduct and Compliance policies.
7. Prepare reports and analysis of Conduct and Compliance policies and regulations.
8. Create training materials and conduct training sessions to educate staff on Conduct and Compliance policies.
9. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's Conduct and Compliance practices.
10. Provide support and guidance to staff on all Conduct and Compliance related matters.
