Job Description

At NatWest Group, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Insight Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a professional with excellent analytical and communication skills that can help us to identify customer needs and inform our strategy.The successful candidate should have a degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, mathematics or statistics. We are also looking for someone with a proven track record of success in customer insights, as well as a deep understanding of customer experience and customer journey.We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret large data sets and draw meaningful insights. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A creative and inquisitive mind is a must.We are looking for a customer insight analyst who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer data to identify customer needs and inform business strategy.
  2. Develop customer insights based on data and customer experience.
  3. Interpret large data sets and draw meaningful insights from them.
  4. Work with teams to provide research, analysis, and recommendations based on customer data.
  5. Create reports on customer insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  6. Utilize customer feedback and data to create strategies for improving customer experience.
  7. Maintain and update customer databases.
  8. Monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Develop customer-centric strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
