At NatWest Group, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service and Operations Analyst to join our team! This is an incredible opportunity to help shape the customer service and operations landscape of the NatWest Group and make a real impact in a rapidly growing organization.In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support to various areas of the business, including but not limited to customer service, sales, operations, and product. You will be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of customer service operations initiatives.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field. You should also have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a passion for problem-solving.If you’re excited to take on this challenging role and help us further develop our customer service and operations capabilities, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure successful execution of customer service operations initiatives.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer service operations are running smoothly.
  3. Monitor customer service operations and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Create reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes of customer service operations initiatives.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations.
  6. Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of customer service operations.
  7. Evaluate customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service.
  8. Provide customer service training and support to ensure customer service operations are running effectively.
  9. Analyze customer service data and trends to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
