  1. Conduct thorough analysis of customer accounts and transactions to identify potential fraudulent activity.
  2. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and review suspicious activity alerts and take appropriate action to prevent losses.
  4. Investigate and resolve suspected or confirmed cases of fraud.
  5. Communicate with customers to verify transactions and gather additional information as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments such as risk management and customer service to enhance overall fraud prevention efforts.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify patterns and trends in fraud activity.
  9. Generate reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in fraud prevention.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on fraud prevention techniques and provide guidance to team members.
  13. Foster a culture of fraud awareness and prevention within the organization.
  14. Continuously assess and improve fraud prevention processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to fraud prevention.
