- Participate in a comprehensive training program to gain a thorough understanding of the organization's HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and guidance.
- Collaborate with department managers to facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Participate in and assist with the planning and execution of various HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices Is Essential For A Graduate Trainee In This Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Build Relationships With Colleagues And Stakeholders Is Crucial In Hr, As It Involves Working With Diverse Groups Of People.
