Job Description

The NatWest Group is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Relationship Management Apprenticeship.This is a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Our apprenticeship offers you the chance to develop the skills needed to progress in the banking and finance industry and to be part of a forward-thinking organisation.We are looking for someone who is motivated, committed and willing to learn. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of five GCSEs at A* to C/9-4 or equivalent, including Maths and English, and ideally have an A Level or equivalent in a relevant subject. You should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and an aptitude for problem-solving.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Assist customers with problem-solving and answer any questions they may have.
  3. Utilise excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries.
  4. Think on your feet and use problem-solving skills to help customers.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the banking and finance industry.
  6. Learn and develop the skills needed to progress in the banking and finance industry.
  7. Complete a nationally recognised qualification as part of the apprenticeship.
  8. Adhere to NatWest Group policies and procedures.
