We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Software Engineering - Intern to join our NatWest Group team! We’re looking for a motivated individual who is looking to learn and develop their skills in software engineering domain. As a Software Engineering - Intern, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team focused on developing and maintaining software solutions.To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical aptitude and experience working with software engineering related technologies. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. We’re looking for someone with a passion for problem-solving, who can think about the ‘big picture’ and develop creative solutions. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate clearly and effectively.If you’re looking for a role that will enable you to use your software engineering skills and gain valuable experience, then this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain software solutions for the NatWest Group • Analyze and troubleshoot software issues • Utilize software engineering related technologies to create solutions • Work both independently and collaboratively with team members • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements • Monitor system performance and availability • Develop technical documentation • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback • Follow coding standards and best practices
