  1. Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms to drive revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with sales, ad operations, and product teams to ensure the success of programmatic advertising initiatives.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in the programmatic landscape to inform campaign strategies.
  4. Use data and insights to make informed decisions and drive performance of campaigns.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to meet and exceed KPIs.
  6. Communicate campaign updates and results to internal teams and external clients.
  7. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues with campaigns to ensure smooth delivery and performance.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with programmatic partners and vendors.
  9. Provide expertise and guidance on programmatic best practices to internal teams and clients.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and optimize processes and procedures related to programmatic sales operations.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new programmatic products and solutions.
  12. Train and mentor junior members of the team on programmatic operations and best practices.
  13. Act as a key point of contact for any programmatic inquiries or escalations.
  14. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner when interacting with clients and partners.
  15. Stay informed on industry news and developments to identify potential business opportunities for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Programmatic Sales Operations, Preferably In The Media Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Programmatic Advertising Technologies And Platforms, Such As Dsps, Dmps, And Ad Servers.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Clients.
