
Coordinator - Brand Marketing
The coordinator Brand Marketing reports to the VP, Brand Marketing and provides support to the Manager and SVP of the team. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting the activities of all business units on Universal Pictures properties during the film window as well as helping maintain the brand value and needs on an on-going basis. Manage and organize cross-divisional requests as it applies to film marketing, assets and sales materials. Create worldwide sales materials for opportunistic film properties and gather brand research/audits. Manage and maintain acquisition, cataloguing and distribution of confidential film assets and sales materials. Manage all documents, presentations, assets for each property.
Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience
