We are looking for an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team at NCR. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about customer service, have a strong technical acumen, and be a team player.This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, and a sound knowledge of software, hardware, and network engineering. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Responsibilities of an Experienced Customer Engineer:
- Provide excellent customer service and fulfill customer needs.
- Work with customers to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network engineering issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer systems and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Proactively identify customer service opportunities and potential issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Participate in team meetings and take initiative to contribute to team projects.
- Keep customer communication logs updated and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
