Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Engineer to join our team at NCR. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about customer service, have a strong technical acumen, and be a team player.This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, and a sound knowledge of software, hardware, and network engineering. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. The successful candidate must also have an excellent customer service attitude and be able to understand and fulfill customer needs.If you are an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering superior customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of an Experienced Customer Engineer:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and fulfill customer needs.
  2. Work with customers to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network engineering issues.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Monitor customer systems and provide technical assistance as needed.
  5. Proactively identify customer service opportunities and potential issues.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  7. Participate in team meetings and take initiative to contribute to team projects.
  8. Keep customer communication logs updated and ensure accurate records are kept.
  9. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
