  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with NCR.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of NCR's products and services to effectively communicate and educate clients.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of any issues.
  5. Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience with NCR.
  6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide regular reports on client satisfaction and retention.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, and provide recommendations to clients on how to maximize the use of NCR's solutions.
  9. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer experience and exceed customer expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Relationship Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients At All Levels.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Customer Needs And Concerns.
