
Field Service Technician
NCR is looking for an experienced and motivated Field Service Technician who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge and expertise in resolving complex technical and customer service issues. An ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support and customer service to NCR customers. The Technician will troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues, analyze system configurations, and deliver on-site installation and configuration of hardware and software.
