- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Document all service activities accurately and thoroughly in company systems.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Maintain and troubleshoot company-issued tools and equipment.
