Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Field Support Specialist to join the NCR team! In this role, you’ll serve as a valuable on-site asset, providing technical expertise and customer service in the installation, maintenance, and repair of NCR’s products.To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong technical experience and a customer-service oriented approach. You’ll also need a passion for problem-solving and a knack for troubleshooting challenging issues. If you’re an organized, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in hardware and software, plus experience in customer service and support. You should also be comfortable working independently and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.If you’re looking for an opportunity to expand your technical knowledge while providing outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of NCR products on-site.
  2. Provide technical expertise and customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve challenging issues related to NCR products.
  4. Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful product deployments.
  6. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience in hardware and software.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  8. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  10. Remain organized and detail-oriented in all tasks.
