6. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding meetings and workshops with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.

8. Provide training and support to clients on how to use the new solutions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during onboarding.
9. Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding process to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.

11. Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
12. Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their success in onboarding projects.
13. Attend conferences and networking events to promote NCR's onboarding services and build relationships with potential clients.
14. Adhere to project management methodologies and standards to ensure consistency and quality in onboarding projects.
15. Prepare and present onboarding project reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and outcomes.
