
Senior Manager, Global University Relations
NCR is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Global University Relations to join our team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, the Senior Manager of Global University Relations will be responsible for building and managing relationships with universities around the world. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the full university recruitment process including identifying, attracting and selecting students for internships and full-time positions. The successful candidate will have a strong network of contacts with university professors, student groups and alumni, as well as a track record of successfully managing university relationships in a global setting.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition or a related field. They must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They must also be knowledgeable about international employment laws, recruitment trends, and emerging technologies. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage relationships with universities around the world to identify, attract, and select students for internships and full-time positions.
- Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with university faculty, student groups, and alumni.
- Manage the full university recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with international employment laws, recruitment trends, and emerging technologies.
- Track and analyze university recruitment metrics to measure progress and optimize strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of university relationships and activities.
- Develop and manage university recruitment budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful recruitment initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on university recruitment progress.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in university recruitment.
