- Identify and develop new business opportunities for NCR's omni-channel software solutions.
- Conduct extensive market research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients in the retail industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the eCommerce sector.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position NCR's solutions in the market.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent NCR at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through trainings and self-learning.
- Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, at all times.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and drive overall team success.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In Software Sales, Preferably In The Ecommerce Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Ecommerce Platforms And Technologies, Such As Magento, Shopify, And Woocommerce.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
