- Identify and pursue potential clients in the eCommerce industry, creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to effectively pitch and demonstrate the value of NCR's software products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant in their eCommerce journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within NCR to ensure a seamless sales process and successful implementation of software products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving and exceeding assigned quotas.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote NCR's software products and generate leads.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the sales process and strategies, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Adhere to NCR's sales processes and procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Represent NCR's values and culture, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Train and mentor new sales team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them succeed in their roles.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Software Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Ecommerce Platforms And Trends.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
