SW Support Engineer (Unix/Linux)

At NCR, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Support Engineer (Unix/Linux) to join our dynamic team. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers as they utilize our products. In this role, you will need to have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interpret customer requests and provide timely solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical assistance and support to customers using NCR products.
2. Troubleshoot customer issues and identify and resolve them quickly.

5. Develop and maintain knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
6. Monitor and maintain networks and scripting.
7. Work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Participate in customer meetings and provide technical presentations.
9. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
10. Create and maintain technical documentation.
