- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to service requests and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with clients' technology systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components for clients' systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth operation of clients' systems.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, while performing on-site visits.
- Travel to different locations as needed to provide on-site support to clients.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions to prevent downtime for clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of new equipment and software.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
Technical Expertise In Computer Hardware And Software: A Técnico De Servicio De Campo At Ncr Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Computer Components, Operating Systems, And Software Applications To Effectively Troubleshoot And Repair Technical Issues.
Experience In Field Service: This Role Requires Previous Experience In A Field Service Or Technical Support Position, As The Técnico De Servicio De Campo Will Be Responsible For Providing On-Site Support To Clients In The Talca Area.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Clients, A Técnico De Servicio De Campo Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Communicate Technical Information In A Clear And Professional Manner.
Knowledge Of Ncr Products And Services: Familiarity With Ncr's Product Line, Including Atms, Point-Of-Sale Systems, And Self-Checkout Machines, Is Essential For This Role In Order To Provide Efficient And Effective Support To Clients.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Técnico De Servicio De Campo Must Be Able To Quickly Identify And Analyze Technical Issues In Order To Determine The Root Cause And Implement An Appropriate Solution, Making Strong Problem-Solving Skills A Crucial Qualification For This Role.
