1. Greet and welcome customers to the beauty department with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product recommendations, inquiries, and purchases.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all beauty products, including features, benefits, and usage.
5. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and new product launches to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
6. Maintain a neat and organized beauty department, including displays, product inventory, and cleanliness.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the beauty department is running efficiently and effectively.
8. Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, maximizing sales opportunities.
9. Assist with special events and promotions within the beauty department and store.
10. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
11. Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and product return processes.
12. Attend product training and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, representing our luxury brand with pride and professionalism.
14. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
15. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
