  1. Oversee the overall performance and operations of the Chanel department at Neiman Marcus Group.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve business goals for the department.
  3. Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for Chanel representatives and maintain strong relationships with the brand.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions about product assortment and pricing.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and make appropriate adjustments to ensure optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.
  7. Analyze sales data and use insights to improve business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address areas for improvement.
