  1. Oversee the operations and profitability of the Chanel brand within Neiman Marcus stores.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve business goals for the Chanel brand.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Chanel representatives and partners.
  4. Ensure that the Chanel brand is accurately represented and displayed in store.
  5. Train and develop sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and promote the Chanel brand.

  14. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and strategies to upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Sales And Management, Preferably In Luxury Fashion

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Luxury Fashion Industry And Understanding Of The Chanel Brand And Products.
