As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring the success of our Chanel brand at Neiman Marcus. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong business acumen and a passion for luxury fashion. If you have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales goals for the Chanel brand at Neiman Marcus.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure the right product mix and inventory levels for the Chanel brand.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and driving repeat business.
  5. Train and develop sales associates on the Chanel brand, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  6. Create and execute marketing initiatives to promote the Chanel brand and drive foot traffic to the store.
  7. Manage and control expenses to ensure profitability for the Chanel brand.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform business decisions.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  11. Represent Neiman Marcus and the Chanel brand at events, fashion shows, and other promotional activities.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  13. Work closely with the store management team to ensure the overall success of the Neiman Marcus brand.
  14. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to promote the Chanel brand at Neiman Marcus.
  15. Uphold the luxury and sophistication of the Neiman Marcus brand while representing the Chanel brand.
