  1. Oversee the financial performance of the Chanel department, including budgeting, forecasting, and sales analysis.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase profitability for the Chanel business.
  3. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  5. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including Chanel representatives and internal teams.
  6. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as Chanel brand standards.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to create effective promotional and visual displays.
  9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new Chanel collections and releases.
  10. Handle any customer escalations or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Prepare and present regular business reports to senior management.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

  14. Travel to attend Chanel business meetings, events, and trainings as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Luxury Fashion Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Chanel Brand And Products, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Merchandise And Market Them.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Sales Associates.
