  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Chantecaille beauty counter at Neiman Marcus Group with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Develop a strong understanding of the Chantecaille brand and its products in order to effectively assist customers and make product recommendations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and concerns, and offering solutions and personalized recommendations.
  4. Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of Chantecaille products, highlighting their unique qualities and luxury standards.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized beauty counter, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and meet or exceed set sales goals.
  7. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
  9. Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and trends in the luxury beauty industry.
  10. Collaborate with fellow sales associates and other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  11. Attend training and product knowledge sessions provided by Neiman Marcus Group and Chantecaille to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Maintain a professional appearance at all times and adhere to Neiman Marcus Group's dress code and grooming standards.
  13. Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals, representing the Chantecaille brand with pride and passion.

Job Qualifications
