  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions.
  2. Understand the needs and preferences of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and provide the best service to clients.
  6. Plan and execute client events and experiences to enhance their loyalty and connection to the brand.
  7. Regularly analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  8. Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of client relationships.
  9. Represent the Neiman Marcus Group brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our values and delivering a luxury experience to every client.
  10. Meet and exceed established goals and targets for client satisfaction, retention, and sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Client Relationship Management, Preferably In A Luxury Retail Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With High-End Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients At All Levels.

  • Strong Sales And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Meet The Needs Of Clients In A High-End Retail Environment.
