
CRM Technical Program Manager

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM technical program strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of the company.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation of new CRM technologies and processes.
- Monitor and track progress of CRM technical programs, identifying and resolving any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the CRM technical program, making recommendations and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage budget and resources for CRM technical programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of company resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the implementation and maintenance of CRM technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technology, making recommendations for the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all CRM technical programs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and impact of CRM technical programs to senior management.
- Mentor and coach team members to advance their technical skills and knowledge of CRM.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRM programs with other business systems and processes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the CRM technical program team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Project Management Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry
Strong Understanding Of Crm Systems And Processes, Including Salesforce And Oracle
Demonstrated Experience Managing Complex Projects And Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
