  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM technical program strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation of new CRM technologies and processes.
  3. Monitor and track progress of CRM technical programs, identifying and resolving any potential issues or roadblocks.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the CRM technical program, making recommendations and implementing changes as needed.
  6. Manage budget and resources for CRM technical programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of company resources.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the implementation and maintenance of CRM technologies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CRM technology, making recommendations for the adoption of new tools and processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all CRM technical programs.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and impact of CRM technical programs to senior management.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to advance their technical skills and knowledge of CRM.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRM programs with other business systems and processes.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the CRM technical program team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Project Management Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Crm Systems And Processes, Including Salesforce And Oracle

  • Demonstrated Experience Managing Complex Projects And Cross-Functional Teams

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
