  1. Act as a brand ambassador for Estee Lauder, representing the brand with enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the products.
  2. Utilize excellent communication skills to engage and build relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, utilizing strong sales techniques and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new product releases and features.
  5. Create a welcoming and inviting in-store environment for customers, promoting a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
  6. Educate customers on the benefits and features of Estee Lauder products, providing personalized recommendations and skincare advice.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  8. Keep track of inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to provide a competitive edge in sales.
  10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Attend and actively participate in sales and product training sessions.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
  13. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and customer service standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Beauty Products: A Strong Understanding Of Estee Lauder Products, Including Skincare, Makeup, And Fragrances, Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowing The Features And Benefits Of Each Product And Being Able To Recommend Products Based On Customer Needs.

  • Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Especially In The Beauty Industry, Is Highly Preferred. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, As Well As Strong Customer Service Skills.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Necessary For This Position. Sales Associates Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers To Understand Their Needs And Make Product Recommendations. They Must Also Be Able To Communicate With Team Members And Management To Ensure A Seamless Customer Experience.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Retail Environment Is Crucial For Success As A Estee Lauder Beauty Sales Associate. This Includes Being Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once, Being Open To Learning New Products And Techniques, And Being Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.

  • Passion For Beauty: A True Passion For The Beauty Industry Is A Must For This Role. Sales Associates Should Be Knowledgeable About Current Beauty Trends, Be Able To Provide Makeup And Skincare Tips, And Genuinely Enjoy Helping Customers Look And Feel Their Best. They Should Also Have A Strong Desire To Continuously Learn And Grow In Their Knowledge Of Beauty Products.
