  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers' needs.
  3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of high-end designer brands and current fashion trends to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their wardrobe.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience.
  5. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively promote and sell fine apparel products.
  6. Maintain visual presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking, to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
  9. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience by soliciting and implementing feedback.
  11. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and backroom.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
