- Greet and welcome customers to the Fine Jewelry department with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, brands, and services offered in the Fine Jewelry department.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting fine jewelry items, offering recommendations and styling advice as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking products, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and priced.

Sales Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Is A High-End Retailer And Therefore, A Floor Assistant Should Have Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In A Luxury Retail Environment.
Organizational Skills: A Floor Assistant Is Responsible For Maintaining The Appearance Of The Jewelry Department, Restocking Inventory, And Keeping Track Of Sales And Inventory Numbers. Strong Organizational Skills Are Necessary To Excel In This Role.
