  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Fine Jewelry department with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, brands, and services offered in the Fine Jewelry department.
  4. Assist customers in locating and selecting fine jewelry items, offering recommendations and styling advice as needed.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking products, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
  9. Proactively communicate with management regarding inventory levels, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns that arise.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

  • Sales Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Is A High-End Retailer And Therefore, A Floor Assistant Should Have Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In A Luxury Retail Environment.

  • Organizational Skills: A Floor Assistant Is Responsible For Maintaining The Appearance Of The Jewelry Department, Restocking Inventory, And Keeping Track Of Sales And Inventory Numbers. Strong Organizational Skills Are Necessary To Excel In This Role.
