  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize product knowledge and fashion expertise to help customers find the perfect pair of shoes.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge in order to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling merchandise.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and merchandising products.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  9. Communicate any customer feedback, product requests, or issues to management.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
