  1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  2. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
  3. Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work with management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and increase efficiency.
  6. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods and information.
  8. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to warehouse staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Warehouse Experience: A Lead Warehouse Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Shipping And Receiving Processes.
