  1. Greet and welcome male clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Establish and build relationships with clients to understand their individual style and preferences.
  3. Provide expert knowledge and guidance on luxury menswear brands and products.
  4. Create a personalized shopping experience for each client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  5. Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products to clients.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized selling floor to create a visually appealing shopping environment.
  8. Handle all client inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude and prompt resolution.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
  10. Continuously strive to improve personal and store sales performance through training and development opportunities.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service standards.
  12. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and uphold its reputation for luxury and exceptional service.
