- Assist Personal Stylists in providing exceptional styling services to clients by understanding their individual needs and preferences.
- Work closely with Personal Stylists to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to keep track of client appointments, orders, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the Personal Stylists to curate personalized outfits and create unique looks for clients.
- Stay up to date on current fashion trends and luxury brands to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Assist in selecting and pulling merchandise from the store floor for client appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized styling room and ensure all merchandise is properly returned to the sales floor.
- Assist with the processing of client purchases and returns.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve styling and customer service skills.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient styling process.
- Uphold the company's high standards of excellence and professionalism at all times.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, promoting the company's values and mission.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Personal Styling department.
Knowledge And Experience In Fashion: A Personal Stylist Assistant At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends, Brands, And Styles. They Should Also Have Experience In Styling And Dressing Clients For Various Occasions.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Personal Stylist Assistant, One Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Needs And Preferences, And Provide Style Advice And Recommendations. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate With Other Team Members And Work Collaboratively.
Organizational And Time Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Assist With Scheduling Appointments, Keeping Track Of Client Information, And Managing The Stylist's Schedule. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Styling Process.
