1. Support the Personal Stylists in delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
2. Assist in creating and maintaining client profiles, preferences, and purchase histories.
3. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and luxury brands to be able to assist clients in their styling needs.
4. Help in organizing and coordinating appointments and client events.
5. Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, displayed, and accessible for clients.
6. Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including inventory and stockroom management.
7. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
8. Collaborate with other departments within the store to provide a holistic and efficient service to clients.
9. Act as a liaison between clients and Personal Stylists, following up on any requests or concerns.
10. Attend and participate in training sessions and product knowledge seminars to enhance styling skills and knowledge.
11. Assist in creating marketing and promotional materials to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
