- Work closely with Personal Stylists to build relationships with customers and maintain a strong client base.
- Utilize strong sales skills and techniques to drive sales and meet individual and team goals.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring all products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
- Provide support in scheduling appointments and managing stylists' calendars.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the store is always visually appealing and up to date with the latest fashion trends.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Luxury Or High-End Fashion Setting.
