- Receive and process incoming merchandise according to company standards and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all stock deliveries and transfers.
- Inspect and verify the quality of merchandise, reporting any damages or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Assist in the replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify and address any stock-related issues or concerns.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service and answering any inquiries about merchandise or stock availability.
- Assist in the execution of special promotions and events, ensuring proper stock levels and presentation.
- Follow safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of company assets and merchandise.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall stock management efficiency.
- Take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Previous Retail Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Requires A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Stock Or Inventory Related Role. This Experience Demonstrates A Familiarity With The Retail Environment And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Customer-Focused Setting.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Retail Stock Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Is Responsible For Managing Inventory, Processing Stock Shipments, And Maintaining The Overall Appearance Of The Store. This Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Ensure Products Are Properly Labeled, Stocked, And Displayed In A Timely Manner.
Attention To Detail: Neiman Marcus Group Has High Standards For The Presentation And Quality Of Their Merchandise. A Retail Stock Associate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Products Are Properly Tagged, Folded, And Displayed According To The Company's Standards.
