  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Neiman Marcus Group customers.
  2. Assist the sales team in meeting sales goals and providing a positive shopping experience for customers.
  3. Maintain a flexible schedule to support the needs of the store and its customers.
  4. Possess a strong understanding of Neiman Marcus Group's luxury retail brand and be able to effectively communicate this to customers.
  5. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing information on products, promotions, and services.
  6. Proactively address any customer concerns or complaints, ensuring a resolution that meets the customer's satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked for optimal sales potential.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the sales floor and stock areas.
  9. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company procedures and policies.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
  11. Assist with inventory management and maintenance, including receiving and processing new merchandise, restocking, and conducting inventory counts.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in team meetings and offering suggestions for improvement.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  14. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus Group brand.

  • Customer Service Skills: A Successful Retail Support Associate Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
