- Provide exceptional customer service to all Neiman Marcus Group customers in the Kids and Home department.
- Utilize knowledge and expertise in children's and home products to assist customers and make sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion and home decor trends to offer expert advice to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the company.

- Assist in merchandising and restocking products to maintain a visually appealing and organized department.

Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Successful Sales Associate In The Kids And Home Department At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have Prior Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Luxury Retail Environment. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Customer Service And The Ability To Meet Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Kids And Home Products: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Products Sold In The Kids And Home Department, Including Clothing, Accessories, And Home Goods. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Trends And Designers In The Market.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Sales Associate, It Is Important To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Product Recommendations. This Also Includes The Ability To Communicate Clearly With Team Members And Management.
