- Lead and manage the sales department to achieve and exceed sales goals set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Train and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels and organization to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Uphold the company's standards for luxury retail and customer service excellence.
- Participate in hiring and training new sales associates as needed.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate sales processes and systems.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Sales Management, Preferably In Luxury Or High-End Fashion Brands.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Sales Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Luxury Retail Market And Fashion Industry Trends, Along With A Passion For Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
