Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus Group. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and leading a team of sales associates in providing exceptional customer service.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
  4. Train and onboard new sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships to expand the customer base.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and merchandising to develop effective sales strategies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and senior management to provide updates on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Participate in sales events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  13. Utilize CRM systems to track and analyze sales data and customer information.
  14. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and maintain high standards of service.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.

  • Familiarity With Luxury Retail Industry And A Strong Understanding Of Neiman Marcus Group's Brand And Products.
