- Greet and welcome customers to the Decorative Home division with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions or concerns and assisting with product selection.
- Assist customers with purchases and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the products in the Decorative Home division and be able to make recommendations to customers.
