
Service Concierge
We are looking for an exceptional Service Concierge to join the Neiman Marcus Group team! This role requires an individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a luxurious shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience in customer service, retail, and luxury retail.At Neiman Marcus Group, we believe in the highest level of customer service and the Service Concierge is instrumental in delivering this. The Service Concierge will be the face of the store and will be the first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-spoken and presentable, and have a friendly, confident, and outgoing personality. In addition, they should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and be able to multitask easily. A successful Service Concierge should be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, maintain composure in challenging situations, and have the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries quickly and effectively.
