As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with our high-end clientele and showcase the latest trends and designer collections.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Neiman Marcus Group with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  2. Assist customers in finding and trying on clothing items, offering expert styling advice and knowledge of current fashion trends.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Keep up-to-date on the latest designer collections, trends, and styles to effectively communicate and showcase them to customers.
  5. Utilize excellent sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  6. Maintain organized and visually appealing displays to showcase merchandise and attract customers.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  9. Responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  11. Monitor and report on inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
  12. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group and uphold the company's values and image at all times.
