- Greet and welcome customers to Neiman Marcus Group in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and be knowledgeable about the designer brands carried in the store.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products to customers.
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and available for customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure the store is well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals.
- Attend and actively participate in product training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
- Continuously strive to provide the best shopping experience for customers and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store events as needed.
Strong Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And Brands: A Successful Woman's Apparel Sales Associate At Neiman Marcus Group Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Fashion Trends And Be Able To Identify And Educate Customers On Various Luxury Brands Available At The Store.
