Manager IT User Support (Field Services)

As a Manager IT User Support you’ll be working with Informational Technology North America supporting the Nestle Purina operating company. You will be overseeing the day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. You will be responsible for managing the blended operational teams that provide end user IT support as well as asset management activities for the North American markets. Responsible for maintaining people management and vendor relationship management. Interface and oversee daily operations for field services and asset management. Assists in scoping projects and identifying links with the field services and asset management arenas. Sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Deals with escalations and ensures service being provided is up to standard.
