Specialist - HR Operations

Provides Human Resources support services for various groups within NUSA by coordinating employee life cycle processes. Responsible for SAP Employee Master Data accuracy and maintenance of employee records. Responds to routine employee HR inquiries. Owns the integrity of SAP HR Master Data for group(s) supported. Ensures accuracy of salary calculations, job titles/codes, approvals, and follows-up as necessary. Manages I-9 process by ensuring appropriate documents are used, maintains records and audits for accuracy. Supports employee files (new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions etc) for the groups by ensuring appropriate documents are sent to be fields as needed. Responds to routine inquiries regarding benefits, HR, corporate policies and procedures, paid time off issues, and/or provides the appropriate resources to address the issues in question.
